Class Presentation Requests

UCF faculty can request a presentation from a Writing Center representative who will provide a brief presentation about UWC services. Please visit our Faculty Resources page and specify whether your location is in Cocoa, Daytona, Orlando, or Rosen.

UWC via Adobe Connect

The UWC now offers Adobe Connect as a consultation mode.

From any computer with internet access, you should be able to:

• Chat with your consultant
• Make session notes on your paper in Screen Share
• Have instant access to our handouts and other resources

To prevent voice "echo," we recommend using a headset with attached microphone.

If you don't have these audio features at home, you can still use just the "chat" feature. Or you can get full audio on our Connect Consultation Station on the UCF Daytona Beach campus. Select Distance Consulting for more on Adobe Connect sessions.
